Helen Gardner SRP MCSP
Physiotherapist
Helen qualified with an honours degree from The University of Southampton in 2002. From here, she went on to work at Frimley Park Hospital where she developed her skills in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. Helen has many hobbies and is passionate about sports of all kinds. She progressed her career path by combining her work alongside her love of sport and joined the team at Guildford Heat professional basketball team as their physiotherapist. Here she gained valuable experience working with sports professionals on injury prevention and treatment.
To progress her career, she went on to work at St. Richards Hospital in Chichester, specialising in neurological rehabilitation. Helen relished this experience and her expertise in this area has grown over the years.
In 2005, she was lucky enough to work at Treloar College and was able to gain valuable experience working with paediatrics. This is an area that Helen continues to ‘keep alive’ alongside running and coaching a youth netball club.
Helen has used her plethora of experience to build her private practice, where she combines her skills with those of others with complementary experiences and expertise. She continues to specialise in neurological rehabilitation as well as treating general musculoskeletal conditions.

Sam Murphy
Physiotherapy assistant
I’m Sam, I live in Bordon with my husband and two children and two Labradors. I’ve worked with Helen for 6 years and we are good friends in and outside of work. In my spare time I enjoy reading, playing netball with my daughter & watching my son play football. I go to the gym & love long dog walks. My greatest achievement other than my children, is completing the London marathon in 2005 & taking part in the Great South Run twice, both times running with my dad. My favourite past time is having fun with my family!
